“Kyle has been my trainer since December, 2017. He is an amazing person. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but always has shown a sincere interest in my progress and improvement from day one. Having lost 100 pounds over the last 15 months I have had to deal with a variety of posture, mobility and other related issues. Besides the work out routines we do, he spends time working with me for corrective exercises to help me through the changes that my body has and continues to go through. He never hesitates to research what would be the best way to proceed for me and is continually improving my limitations. Though the workouts can be difficult and challenging, they are beneficial and have helped improve each issue resulting from my years of obesity and a sedentary lifestyle. Kyle has a vast knowledge and interest in the field and it shows in the way he trains and works with me. He enjoys increasing his knowledge and as his client, I benefit greatly.
